Secondly, according to the determined buffer thickness and buffer area, draft the general structure of the paper profile buffer liner, and preliminarily determine the structural characteristics of the honeycomb paperboard on the main buffer area (thickness, honeycomb size and paper distribution method); Finally, according to the material characteristics  To design the pad structure, and add accessories for weak points to strengthen the design.  When designing the scheme and structure, attention should be paid to the full play of the characteristics of various paper materials, and if necessary, they can be used in conjunction with other materials according to the situation, so as to achieve the effect of maximizing strengths and avoiding weaknesses and saving costs.  The biggest difficulty in the design of honeycomb paperboard as a buffer liner is that its special-shaped processing is difficult, the edge compressive strength is low, and the integrity is poor.  The more complex the part, the higher the processing cost; the smaller the contact area, the easier it is to be crushed; once crushed, its secondary protection performance is poor... These all need to be compensated by structural design.  In addition, the assembly process, transportation, storage and stacking of parts must also be considered in the design, so that the process implementation is as simple as possible, and the gasket is not easily damaged.
